The Charles Bond Company,established in 1888, is a manufacturer of Stock and Special Gears,Worm Gear Speed Reducers and Flexible Couplings. We are also distributors for other Gear Manufacturers as well as various related Power Transmission and Material Handlingitems.
We are an integral part of the Bond Group ofcompanies which also includes Bond Caster and Wheel Corporation and Bond Machine and Fabrication (formerly DJM Machine Company). Today, our companies are still owned and operated by Bond family members (fourth generation) so when you deal with any of the Bond Group, you know you're dealing with the decision makers and people who care about your business.
At the Charles Bond Company we have found that over the years our customers' requirements have been changing and that manufacturing special gearing, either complete per blueprints or samples or cutting the gear teeth on customer supplied blanks has become an increasingly large portion of our business.
